Tracks 1. through 11. were recorded in Europe in September 1978 and feature
Chuck Findley lead trumpet and all trumpet and flugelhorn solos. Herb Geller plays all alto saxophone solos and one alto flute solo. Mike Barone plays all trombone solos and lead trombone on “La Ultima Samba.” “The Phantom” was recorded also in Europe in 1982. Composed and arranged by Mike Barone with Mike playing the trombone solo. The last two tracks were recorded at Mike Barone’s house in Montrose Ca. on April 4 1987. Most personnel unknown. Some I do remember were Ted Hawke drums, George Graham lead trumpet and Jack Nimitz baritone sax.
